MY CURRENT ROLE
In my current position as Vice President, Design & Research, I am responsible for leading and growing my team of individual contributors in research, design, and writing. I bring a holistic user-centered approach to creating new experiences for our customer data platform which helps e-commerce businesses connect with their customers. I lead product design and research strategy and oversee our design operations and process. I work with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to execute our strategic roadmap and grow our business.
