The Business Challenge

PGi recognized that modern B2B sales teams lacked a fast and reliable way to turn existing decks or videos into compelling, shareable presentations and to see which prospects actually cared. Reps pieced together slides and webcam clips by hand, then blasted emails or social posts with no insight into who watched or for how long. Without that feedback loop they wasted hours on low-interest leads and updated the CRM manually, while managers were left guessing at pipeline health and coaching needs.

My Key Contributions

As Director of Product Design I shaped the design strategy for Sales Accelerator, partnering with product and engineering leads to turn early ideas into a clear plan while staying hands-on with UX flows, UI concepts, and interactive prototypes alongside the product designer I managed and coached. I facilitated routine design reviews, walked stakeholders through progress, and provided concise updates to the executive team, ensuring every decision aligned with our brand and design system. Beyond day-to-day design work I recruited additional talent, set up critique cadences, and represented design in planning sessions where scope, resources, and risks were evaluated. Throughout the project I kept communication channels open so the team could move quickly without losing sight of the broader vision, maintaining design’s role as a strategic partner from discovery through delivery.

The Result

We built Sales Accelerator to close those gaps. Reps can record a video-narrated pitch over slides, a webcam feed, or an uploaded video and publish a branded landing page in minutes. A single link works over email, social media, embed code, or mass-mail tools so the same story reaches one prospect or an entire list with no extra steps. Lead-gen forms, smart alerts, and detailed analytics show watch time and drop-off points, highlighting the warmest opportunities and guiding next steps. Native Salesforce sync adds contacts and meeting notes automatically, giving managers real-time visibility while eliminating manual data entry. The result is a streamlined workflow that helps teams engage buyers faster, focus on the right deals, and move revenue forward.
